Etching: The Infernal Method, curated by Norman Ackroyd RA is an exhibition of works for sale by Royal Academicians and invited artists celebrating the diversity of contemporary etching practice. The title of the exhibition is taken from a passage in William Blake’s The Marriage of Heaven and Hell. The exhibition gives invited artists the opportunity to display work alongside those who are established and renowned in their respective fields. They include a diverse range of practitioners including those from the worlds of architecture and fashion. Three new prints by Tom Phillips are included in the show and all works are available for sale from the Royal Academy’s online Art Sales shop.
