    Lucy is editor of this site and a manager and co-ordinator of Tom Phillips's practice. She began working for him in 1989 and has helped him over the past 26 years to bring many of his projects to fruition. She has an in-depth knowledge of Tom's work and has curated and hung a number of his exhibitions. She worked closely with Martin McClellan and John Pull on the development of the previous Tom Phillips websites and since 2010 with Steve Xerri on this current version. 'Compiling and editing all the materials for this site,' says Lucy, ' as well as maintaining its content on a day-by-day basis, has made me realise that there's nothing I enjoy more than the challenge of a large unwieldy project.'
